During this time of the CoVid-19 pandemic, our government and many private healthcare sectors gave out several safety tips and precautions to prevent the spread of the virus from one individual to the another.
Due to the highly contagious nature of coronavirus, here are some safety tips that you can spread and share to your family and friends.
Limit the surface that you touch. The said virus is known to live on surfaces for 72 hours the longest. But that doesn’t mean you need to be afraid of everything you touch, the best solution is that you need to keep up with washing your hands meticulously more often, hand sanitizers are also a big help.
Bring grocery list and shop efficiently. Going out is strongly discouraged but of course we need to buy home essentials and food that we can stock up. To maximize our time going out to the grocery store, having a shopping list is a must so we can shop faster and more efficient.
Maintain social distancing. Stay away from people and keep a distance of approx. 0.5m to 2m mostly if they have flu or common cold symptoms to prevent the spread of infected droplets to your body. Always have an extra facemask to use.
