Pantry Essentials
- 1 cupBrown Sugar
- 1 cupSoy Sauce
- 1.5 cupWater
- 1 tspin 1 tbsp water Cornstarch
- 1 cupFlour
- 1 pcEgg
- 1 tbspOil
- 1 cupWater
How to Cook
- In a large pot, boil beef in water just enough to cover it. Cook for about 30 minutes to 1 hour( If using beef or pork meat, cook it for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes), or until tender.
- Remove chicken cubes and set aside. Set broth aside.
- In a large pot, sauté garlic, onions, and tomatoes. Add bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes until soft.
- Add the chicken broth and chicken cubes and pour in the tomato sauce.
- Add potatoes, carrots, and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper and continue to simmer for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
