- 1 cupRipe Mango pured
- 1 cupCoconut Milk
- 1 cupCream
- 1 1/2 tbspGelatin
- 1/2 tspClear Vanilla Extract
- 1Ripe Mango cubed
Pantry Essentials
- 1/3 cupSugar
- 2 tbspSugar
- 1 tbspHot Water
How to Cook
- Mix hot water and gelatin. Stir until gelatin dissolves, set aside.
- Boil cream, vanilla extract, and sugar in a deep pan. Add gelatin and coconut milk.
- Split the mixture into 2 portion and add mango puree to one portion.
- Layer mixture by pouring first portion and refrigerating it for 10 minutes before pouring the second portion.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours. Add cubed mango before serving.
