How to Cook
  • In a large pot, boil beef in water just enough to cover it. Cook for about 30 minutes to 1 hour( If using beef or pork meat, cook it for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes), or until tender.
  • Remove chicken cubes and set aside. Set broth aside.
  • In a large pot, sauté garlic, onions, and tomatoes. Add bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes until soft.
  • Add the chicken broth and chicken cubes and pour in the tomato sauce.
  • Add potatoes, carrots, and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper and continue to simmer for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
