- 250 gramsPork Belly cut into strips
- 1 canCoconut Cream
- 250 gramsSquash peeled, seeded and cut into 1" cubes
- 10 pcsGreen Beans ends trimmed and cut to 3 inches length
Pantry Essentials
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 tbspOil
- 1chopped Onion
- 2 clovesGarlic
- 1 cupWater
How to Cook
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic for 1 minute.
- Add pork belly and cook for 5 minutes until cooked (7 minutes for beef; 2 minutes for shrimp).
- Add squash and cover the pot for 5 minutes or until squash is a little soft but not fully cooked. Add string beans and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Add coconut cream and season with salt and pepper. Bring to boil before serving, about 10 minutes.
