Main Ingredients

    Pork Belly cut into strips

    Coconut Cream
  • 250 grams
    Squash peeled, seeded and cut into 1" cubes
  • 10 pcs
    Green Beans ends trimmed and cut to 3 inches length
Pantry Essentials
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tbsp
    Oil
  • 1
    chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves
    Garlic
  • 1 cup
    Water
How to Cook
  • Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add pork belly and cook for 5 minutes until cooked (7 minutes for beef; 2 minutes for shrimp).
  • Add squash and cover the pot for 5 minutes or until squash is a little soft but not fully cooked. Add string beans and cook for another 3 minutes.
  • Add coconut cream and season with salt and pepper. Bring to boil before serving, about 10 minutes.
