    Water Spinach (kangkong) washed

    small Tomato quartered
Pantry Essentials
  • 2 tbsp
    Soy Sauce
  • 1
    small diced Onion
  • 5 cloves
    diced Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Oil
How to Cook
  • Wash and cut water spinach into 4" length.
  • Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion until the onion becomes translucent.
  • Add tomato and continue to cook for 2 minutes until the tomato dissipates.
  • Add the water spinach and soy sauce. Continue to cook for 5-8 minutes until water spinach is cooked.
