- 250 gramsWater Spinach (kangkong) washed
- 1small Tomato quartered
Pantry Essentials
- 2 tbspSoy Sauce
- 1small diced Onion
- 5 clovesdiced Garlic
- Salt and Pepper
- Oil
How to Cook
- Wash and cut water spinach into 4" length.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion until the onion becomes translucent.
- Add tomato and continue to cook for 2 minutes until the tomato dissipates.
- Add the water spinach and soy sauce. Continue to cook for 5-8 minutes until water spinach is cooked.
